Q: How long have you been an Ukeru trainer?
A: 5 years
Q: What population do you work with? What inspired you to get into this field?
A: I have a heart and love for children. I believe that every child is special and deserves a chance to be all that they were created to be.
Q: What part of Ukeru do you enjoy teaching the most and why?
A: I believe the whole training is amazing, but my favorite parts are communication and the physical skills. We all need to work on our communication skills, and I believe communication is a lifelong skill to develop in. The physical skills portion is just a great way to incorporate the 3 pillars of learning: repeated, powerful, and reinforced. Also, we have a good time making fun of each other doing the moves!
Q: What would you say to someone who is unsure about using Ukeru?
A: Practice makes perfect!
Q: What advice or tip would you give to a new Ukeru trainer?

Q: How has Ukeru impacted your life?
A: I feel equipped for any emergency or dangerous situation.

A: “Live like no one else, so you can live like no one else.” – Dave Ramsey
